I enjoy working with the general population, with my focus on the Elderly and Hospice services.
I use Therapeutic Massage, Herbal Wraps, Repetitive Use Injury Techniques (R.U.I.T.), Myofascial Release Techniques, Reiki, Esoteric Healing and Hot Stone Therapy.
The Hot Stones used are hand picked from the North Shore of Lake Superior in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and prepared with care. I am also mobile with the massage chair and table.
After graduating from Health Enrichment Center of Lapeer, Michigan, in August of 2003, I have been practicing therapeutic massage at the HMCYM, doing Corporate Chair Massage, Hospice Massage and working with the elderly of the area nursing homes.
As a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), I am required to continue my education on a regular basis, and I also keep my License up to date in Bay City, Michigan. I enjoy keeping up with the newest techniques in bodywork.
I have also worked with the Sit & Fit class offered at HMCYM and intend to continue.
I look forward to meeting and working with new people in my practice of massage.
